Additionally, Lola and the Hormone Monster will both be portrayed by Nick Kroll. Jason Mantzoukas will also portray Jay Bilzerian. Jessi Klein will play Jessi Glaser, Maya Rudolph will play Diane Birch, and Jordan Peele will play The Ghost of Duke Ellington.
