The first season ended in Chapter 36 in the volume of the illustrated work and so the second season will continue from the 37th chapter. There are more than a hundred chapters in Darwin’s Game Manga, which means there will be a need for more seasons to continue where the first season ended.

A release date for Darwin’s Game Season 2 has not yet been announced, hence, it is uncertain when it will be on Netflix. However, fans believe that it may most likely come towards the end of 2024, but that this is only based on speculation and not an official confirmation.
The reason why it is unlikely that the show will come any earlier than the end of 2024 is because Nexus announced that it was going to release the second season of The Eminence in Shadow in October 2023, which means that 2023 is out of its calendar.
Is Darwin’s Game Manga Finished?
With the release of the 28th volume of the iconic manga in 2023 which has sold more than 8.5 million copies, it is believed that it might have either ended or is very close to ending. However, it is not expected to continue beyond 2023.
In January 2020, it was made known that it entered its final arc, and then by January 2022, it was said to have climaxed, setting the scene for it to end.
