Gru later meets his long-lost twin brother, Dru, who wants them to team up for one last criminal heist. Gru must now decide whether he wants to continue being a good guy or return to his evil ways.

Gru, who had now teamed up with the Minions, tries to join a supervillain supergroup known as the Vicious 6. He and the Minions are, however, rejected. Gru subsequently decides to prove himself to them by stealing the Vicious 6’s Zodiac Stone.
The second Minions movie received positive reviews and made about $1 billion worldwide, making it one of the highest-grossing films of 2022.
Is There a New Minions or Despicable Me Movie?
There is a new Despicable Me movie in the works. The fourth installment in the successful franchise will be titled Despicable Me 4 and is scheduled to be released in 2024 on July 3, a day before Independence Day in the United States. The film will be directed by Chris Renaud and Patrick Delage and will continue to feature Steve Carell as Gru.
The plot of Despicable Me 4 has not yet been made public, but as usual, it will follow Gru and his family as they go on a new adventure. Rumor has it that the film will be introducing a new villain.
