Naruto is 5 feet 11 inches tall as an adult. However, as a 12-year-old in Part One of the Naruto anime series, he was 4 feet 9 inches tall. By the time Part two of the anime series (known as Naruto Shippuden) rolled around, he was in his late teens and had grown to a height of 5 feet 6 inches tall.
Naruto’s 5 feet 11 inches height makes him one of the tallest characters in the Naruto/Boruto anime series, but he is not the tallest. That honor belongs to his former teammate, Sasuke Uchiha, who is as tall as 6 feet as an adult.
What is Naruto’s Height?
Naruto is 5 feet 11 inches tall as an adult male, which is the same thing as 180 cm or 1.8m. It must, however, be remembered that his adventures and exploits start right from when he was a child. Naruto grew up in the village of Konoha and as was the norm there, joined the ninja academy at the age of six. He spent some years there and graduated by the time he was aged 12.
By the time he was aged 12 to 13, Naruto was a modest 4 feet 9 inches tall which is the same thing as 146 cm or 1.46 m. He had the height of an average teen of his age. Naruto will witness further physical development in Part two of the anime series titled Naruto Shippuden. Naruto Shippuden covered him from ages 15 – 17, and he was 5 feet 6 inches or 166 cm or 1.66 m tall.
The next time that we see Naruto, he is now a 32-year-old adult man and is 5 feet 11 inches tall. This is slightly above average when compared to the height of other adult males out there.
How Tall is Naruto in Boruto?
Naruto is 5 feet 11 inches tall (180 cm or 1.8m) in Boruto. This is because he is an adult in his early 30s by the time Boruto rolls around. As earlier stated, the anime series first chronicled his adventures as a child when he underwent ninja training and joined a team.
By the second part of the anime series, known as Naruto Shippuden, he is approaching his late teens.
About 17 years after Shippuden, we have Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. This can be referred to as the third or fourth part of Naruto. In Boruto, Naruto is said to be a 32-year-old male who is 5 feet 11 inches tall or 180 cm tall. This is quite impressive but does that make him the tallest character in the series? We shall soon find out.

1. Sasuke Uchiha’s Height
- Part one – 12 to 13 years – 5 feet 0 inches or 1.52 m
- Part two – 16 to 17 years – 5 feet 6 inches or 1.68 m
- Boruto – 33 years – 6 feet 0 or 1.82 m
Sasuke Uchiha is a contemporary of Naruto. They both belonged to team 7 and fought together before Sasuke defects from Konoha. He later redeems himself, though. Sasuke Uchiha is 5 feet 0 inches or 1.52 m tall at ages 12 – 13 in part one of Naruto. By part 2 of Naruto, he is 16 – 17 years old and is 5 feet 6 inches or 1.68m tall. 2. Sakura Haruno’s Height
- Part one – 12 to 13 years – 4 feet 11 inches or 1.49 m
- Part two – 15 to 17 years – 5 feet 3 inches or 1.61 m
- Boruto – 33 years – 5 feet 5 inches or 1.65 m
Sakura Haruno is another teammate of Naruto’s in team 7 and is one of the greatest medical-nin in the world. Sakura Haruno is 12 to 13 years old in Part one of Naruto and is 4 feet 11 inches or 1.49 m tall. By Part two, she is aged 15 -17 and is 5 feet 3 inches or 1.61 m tall. Sakura subsequently adds two more inches to become 5 feet 5 or 1.65 m tall at age 33 in Boruto. Sakura Haruno is six inches shorter than Naruto
3. Kakashi Hatake’s Height
- Part one – 26 to 27 years – 5 feet 11 inches or 1.81 m
- Part two – 29 to 31 years – 5 feet 11 inches or 1.81 m
- Boruto – 48 years – 5 feet 11 inches or 1.81 m
Kakashi Hatake is the leader of team 7 and later becomes Konoha’s sixth Hokage. Kakashi is already an adult in Part one of Naruto as he is aged 26 – 27 years. He has therefore achieved his full height of 5 feet 11 or 1.81 m which he maintains in Part two of the series (where he is 29-31 years old) and Boruto (where is age 48 years). Hatake is the same exact height as Naruto despite being about 15 years older
4. Boruto Uzumaki’s Height
- Boruto – 12 years – 4 feet 9 inches or 1.45 m tall
Boruto is the son of Naruto Uzumaki and is the main protagonist of Part three of Naruto known as Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. Boruto is 4 feet 9 inches tall or 1.45 m in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. This is not shabby given that he is only 12 years old in the anime series. Boruto is a foot and two inches shorter than his father, Naruto, but will make gains as he grows older.
5. Sarada Uchiha’s Height
- Boruto – 12 years – 4 feet 10 inches or 1.47 m
Sarada Uchiha is Boruto’s teammate in team 7 (former team 3) and is a great female ninja known as Kunoichi. She also has leadership abilities and aspires to be Hokage someday. Sarada Uchiha is also 12 years old in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations and is 4 feet 10 inches or 1.47 m tall. She is a foot and an inch shorter than Naruto. She is an inch taller than Boruto.
6. Mitsuki’s Height
- Boruto – 12 years old – 4 feet 11 inches or 1.49 m
Mitsuki is also a member of team 7 alongside Boruto and Sarada. He is one of the two artificial sons of the legendary Sannin named Orochimaru. Mitsuki is also 12 years old in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations and is 4 feet 11 inches or 1.49 m tall. He is one foot shorter than Naruto and two inches taller than Boruto. He will, however, grow taller as he gets older.
7. Konohamaru Sarutobi’s Height
- Boruto – 27 years old – 5 feet 10 inches or 1.78 m
Konohamru Sarutobi is the leader of team 7, comprising Mitsuki, Boruto, and Sarada. He is a great ninja. He is 27 years old in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations and is 5 feet 10 inches or 1.78 m tall. It is safe to conclude that he has achieved his adult height. Sarutobi is an inch shorter than Naruto, who is 5 feet 11 inches.
8. Orochimaru’s Height
- Part one – 50 to 51 years old – 5 feet 10 inches or 1.78 m
- Part two – 54 years old – 5 feet 7 inches or 1.72 m
Orochimaru is one of the three great legendary ninjas of the second great shinobi war known as Sannin. He is quite intelligent and highly skilled. In part one of Naruto, he is 50 – 51 years old and is 5 feet 10 inches or 1.78 m tall. In part two, he is 54 years old and his height drops to 5 feet 7 or 1.72 m. This shrinking may be due to old age or his body transformation techniques. Orochimaru is four inches shorter than Naruto.
How Tall Are Naruto Characters?
Most Naruto characters are of average height or are slightly taller than the average height out there. For instance, when the characters are in their early teens, their heights hover above the four feet mark, which is totally normal.
By the time they get to their 20s, their height stretch well above 5 feet. Just as is obtained in reality, the males are a couple of inches taller than the females. The tallest Naruto character is Sasuke Uchiha, who is 6 feet tall. Others that come behind him include Naruto, who is 5 feet 11.
